HELP!!! IBM ThinkPad 760EL - I9990305 ERROR!!!

Please help me! I am receiving this error when I try to boot up my
ThinkPad! The error is I9990305. I did some searching and found a few
sites mentioning the "Initial Microcode Load", but what the heck is that?!?
I can boot the system on two other hard drives that I have, but I really
want to use this one (much bigger). It is an IBM drive, and I have triple
checked the boot sequence in the BIOS to make sure that it is correct. I
have fdisk'd and formatted the HD and have made the C partition bootable,
but for some reason, it will not boot from the HD! Please help me! Any
help is much appreciated. Thanks!
