I am having difficulty getting former Medco Rx's transfered to Aetna
Rx Home Delivery service. No enrollment info was provided with
Aetna's letter..After repeated on line attempts & 4 phone calls I hope
it is resolved, but to date no Rx's have been recieved. IBM Benefits
said "Call Aetna &/or Medco".
