Fidelity Website Problem

My Fidelity web page has been messed up for weeks now. After spending
time with Fidelity tech support they determined the cause. One of my
IRA annuities started offering a 401K to it's investors. The annuity
automatically opened up an account for each investor with $0 balance.
The 401K account is administered by Fidelity which also of course
administers the IBM pension accounts. The 401K account is on a
different server than the IBM pension data. When they combine the 401K
and IBM pension for display it somehow causes the problem. When I log
on to Fidelity, I get the financial page with the IBM pension and 401K
account only. No other options. To get to my benefits I have to;
1. click on Customer Service
2. click on Update Your Profile
3.click on Dependents for Health Insurance
4. click on Home
5. then I get the correct home page with the Health & Insurance option
to access my benefits
I discovered how to get it by trial and error and confirmed with
Fidelity tech support that it's how I have to do it till they figure
out how to fix it.
