Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·        Develop complete logical and physical application design including data and system flow diagrams.
·        Develop system specifications including data model and security components and implement development plan, dependencies, and operational.
·        Recommends technical solutions to resolve or improve business needs and department processes.
·        Acts as subject matter expert to maintain and resolve problems relating to company Business Applications.
·        Researches and responds to routine and complex inquiries in a timely and professional manner.  
·        Leads projects including establishing timelines, deliverables, and drafting communications or presentations. Reviews co-workers work to ensure accuracy.
·        Maintains knowledge of the company's business drivers to determine opportunities/benefits for improvement of business performance by using information technologies.
·        Ensures that network practices are effectively and efficiently supported in their use of technologies by providing creative problem solving and/or referring to other appropriate company resources.
·        Identifies and recommends technology opportunities for solving business problems.
·        Maintains a high level of understanding of the use of information technologies in healthcare in relation to physician practices, patient care, continuum of care, electronic medical records and clinical research.
·        Trains coworkers on technical architecture, design, and solutions.  May lead coworkers including prioritizing work, establishing deadlines, delegating and following-up on work.  Provides training and skill assessment of coworkers to Supervisor.

Very strong knowledge in web design and development (multiples technologies & solutions)
Experience integrating  web portals and visualization tools like Java, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.
Experience streaming data from source DB thru Web Apps
Knowledge in PL-SQL, Oracle
Knowledge in big data technologies
 Experience in the MI Connect type App development, Tableau Integration or even SDK development.
Tremendous experience in working with end users, designing and implementing web app solutions (integration with DB and visualization tools) to lead the architecture work.
Very strong knowledge in web design and development (multiples technologies & solutions)
Experience integrating  web portals and visualization tools like Java, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.
Experience streaming data from source DB thru Web Apps
Knowledge in PL-SQL, Oracle
Knowledge in big data technologies
SDK Development

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.  At least ten (10) years of application development related work experience required.  Proficiency with industry standard technologies such as XML, J2EE, OC4J, SOA, Oracle rdbms, SQL Server rdbms, and Relational Data Modeling.  

COMPETENCIES:

Evaluate business application requests based on established selection criteria i.e. functional specification, infrastructure, and security and application configuration.  
Develop logical and physical design of databases and application servers which utilizes technologies such as XML, J2EE, OC4J, .NET, and SOA.
Coordinate all phases of the System Development Life Cycle.
Adhere to industry standards tools and practices ¿ recommend and support deployment of application solutions.
Uses Technical and Functional Experience: Possesses up to date knowledge of the profession and industry; is regarded a san expert in the technical/functional area; accesses and uses other expert resources when appropriate.
