Since upgrading my DB2 client from v8.1.6 to 8.1.14 my content manager
API programs, when running on my PC, are throwing this error:

com.ibm.mm.beans.CMBConnectFailedException: DGL0394A: Error
in ::DriverManager.getConnection; No suitable driver (STATE) : ;
[SERVER = ICMRSADB, USERID = icmconct, SQL RC = 0, SQL STATE = 08001]

I do have db2java.zip in my classpath.

Anyone run into this before?

Thanks!

I've seen this before using DB2 8.1.10. So I had to remove my DB2
client and reinstall an older version DB2 v8.1.7.664

Go into your Client Configuration Assistant, turn on tracing (without
the flush option). Run your application again. Turn off tracing.

Look in the trace file where the 'No suitable driver' message appears,
and start backing up. You'll find the real source of the problem, is
a call to a stored procedure that errors out. I did not open a PMR
with IBM on this, because currently our corporate client standard is
8.1.7. Make sure that you are using the most recent fix pack of CM,
currently 8.3.0.4, that's fix pack4.
