Where to find C-API?

Hi,

I've got installed the Content Manager 7.1 on my Windows pc, and now I
want (have to) write an application in C. The problem is, I don't find
the appropriate header files (there are only frnplw.h frnpusrx.h
frnwole.h).
Please can someone tell me where I can find the headerfiles (and the
.lib, of course) that I need?
(e.g. for SimLibLogon, SimLibLogoff)
