Displaying Annotations

Hello,

I am developing an application in VB.NET using the Client for Windows
Automation APIs. One of my tasks is to extract a collection of
documents from Content Manager, including annotations.

Now, I can extract the document file, and the annotations file (each
separatley), but I cannot figure out how to merge them together into
one image.

Has anyone done this before, and could you shed some light?
