Hey everyone,

First I want to say thanks, I'm new to CM and I'm been looking for some
guidance from a forum site for a while! Anyway on with the show, when I
install CM I would like to locate the ICMNLSDB database in my H$ drive
as opposed to my C$ drive is this possible?

Thanks

Jackie

Yes, it is. The LS can be anywhere and also be multiples.
You ccould have one on the H, I and J drive pointing to a common
RS lib.

Yes this is possible, however in CM 8.3 you cannot decide where the
LSDB is installed unless you first do a little configuration in DB2
during the initial install. In CM 8.2 this was possible but CM 8.3 is a
little different. When installing DB2 you have to define which drive to
install the DB2 database. Then when you install the LSDB it will look
wherever DB2 is installed. Hope this helps!

You have to change the db2 default database location

db2 get admin config

find the default database value and change it.

DFTDBPATH

if its on unix, just change the home path of the user...
