Has anyone done an upgrade from version 6 to 7.5 and found that the printers have paper feed issues?
We did a large scale upgrade roll out to 22 stores and every store has reported printer issues afterwords.

At first we chalked it up to older printers just needing maintenance but they all have the same symptom.
its like the feed rollers are spinning to fast so receipt detail is missing. Sometimes you can do re-print and they print correctly.

Any thoughts are appreciated

The EC Level is 56. I am trying to determine what firmware level is being used. The printers did a firmware upgrade when powered on the first time after the upgraded version was installed.

That is a level for a 4610-TIX not a 2cr.

I did not pay attention that I had an older printer on the lab. Prior to the upgrade it looks like we had a mix of 17.08 up to 19.01 (recently repaired service units) in the field.
I just flashed a printer that was 17.08 on our ACE 7.5 .270 lab and the new EC is 19.01

So I may be back to this is just a hardware issue.
