I have a client who takes telephone orders and would like to enter credit card numbers into ACE manually I have tried under Personalization-EPS-EPS tender-Account Number Entry To check both Keyboard and Pin Pad (if necessary) and Keyboard and Pin Pad either way before he can enter the number if he presses clear it the POS goes back to total. He needs to swipe a card and have it fail before he can press clear to enter the account number. He doesn’t want to have to swipe at all before entering manually. Is this a pin pad programming issue or an ACE settings fix?
