Hey everyone,

Let’s start with your error. Look at the excerpt below from the ACE Guide to Operations.

While this does not provide much information let’s go a bit further. Note that this message carries a severity of 3 or 4. Now look at the system log message(s).

The log is presented in order of newest to oldest. When we look at your logs entries we see that the first one has a severity of 5. This means that it is a continuation of the second message shown. See the severity chart below.

The beginning of the message has a severity of 3 (Warning). From the information provided, it looks like the terminal application is trying without success to read the Operator Authorization file (EAMOPERA). The key is that this event MIGHT require action. It might also be an error that the terminal application is programmed to handle and is resolved. Are there any observable events occurring when you get this message? What else is going on?

Ben

Peace!

If you just went form V4 to V6 I would say that the Default Operator under Options – Security doesn’t exist.

I’ve seen this error in that case.  I put mine to 9999999901 I think and it went away.

Thanks,
