Interest in an INDEX ACE users/support group?

Hey colleagues, 

I gather that several of us are INDEX customers as well as ACE users.  While, by in large, our INDEX experience has been very positive, it's far from perfect, and there have been some issues that have been dogging us for far. too. long.  

Duplicate receipts, anyone? Duplicate postings to cardholder accounts, anyone?  These have been the worst, as far as customer impact. To my mind, any unexpected monkey-business with a customer's Checking account is REALLY BAD, and I've struggled to relay to INDEX the severity of these lapses.  

I was hoping we could compare notes, bring a little leverage to INDEX as a group?

Sound like a great Idea. I have 28 stores on Index as a retailer, and experience all the same issues as you stated. We had tons of blood sweat and tears with the rollout and would love a support forum as Index support is lacking a bit. Part of me makes me think index is making this up as the go haha.
