to Toshiba SurePOS ACE Support group
Since upgrading one of our locations to.to ACE 7.5  and moving to Rapid Connect with EMV the Retailer has been unable to get Electronic Vouchers for offline EBT approved through First Data their decline code is invalid pin, our data and set up is the same as we were using with ST Connect prior to upgrade and we never experienced any issues has anyone else run into this

I'm not sure if it's directly related, but we did have declines for online EBT with manual entry via keyboard after switching to RAP. I had to make sure manual entry was set for pinpad keypad input and turn off keyboard and msr.
