manufacturer coupon issue

Has anyone come across issues with the new bar codes GS1 that is being printed on manufacturer coupons?

 

Having issue where it scans, and takes the amount off but when tendering out the transaction it locks up the register.

 

 

I have attach an example of the coupon.

Do ALL GS1 coupons lock-up the terminal, or just this one (so far)?
Are you using kb or (shudder)SI-GUI touch?

If touch, are you on the latest and greatest since you could be in a
situation where the SI-GUI is not responding to a prompt from ACE and
it could look locked up.

Can you duplicate the problem on your LiveHelp lab?
