ncr 7878 GS1 barcodes

Hey Guys,
I have ncr 7878 scanners and they will not read the new bar codes
coming in on greeting cards and some magazines. It will beep and
nothing displays! Anyone else had this problem and knows the solution

ACE supports GS-1 starting with Version 7 Release 1. It is not turned on by default. There are several personalization setting that you will have to make before you can scan the coupons. V7R3 has added support for GS-1 coupons.

Hex (0, 1, 2, 3)

Save and Reset

(0= disabled), (1= GS1 Produce), (2= GS1 Extended Coupon), (3= Enable both Produce and Coupon)
