Unless directed to a different place by parameter it should be in ADX_idt4.

The ADX_IDT4 directory has the movement data for the previous day only.  I had been told at one point in time that the older movement data is renamed and archived in a different location.  I just don't know what the renaming scheme is or where it would be.  Does this sound familiar?

The following information is from the Ace programming reference
manual:

You can archive Item Movement files under any name. SurePOS ACE
supports file names with the format
eamkyymd.tzn, which is based on this naming convention:
eamk Always the first four characters of the file name.
yy The last two digits of the year. For example, 04 represents 2004.
m The month of the year (1=1, ..., 9=9, A=10, B=11, C=12)
d The day of the month: (1=1, ..., 9=9, A=10, ..., V=31)
t Specifies what type of period:
w Long period
d Short period
z Specifies whether the file is compressed.
u Uncompressed file.
c Compressed file.
n Number that starts at 0, increments for each file close during a
day, and resets to 0 at the
beginning of each day.

The archived movement files have different names too. You can get more
information on the naming conventions used for any file when you look at the
file (record) layout in the ACE Programming Guide.

If you need more information on how to find this, let me know.

Peace!

Thanks for the responses! I was able to locate the archived movement records in the ADX_ADT4 directory using the naming format that Chad provided.

ADT4 was an alternate archive directory that I set up on several of the early Kyrus gold systems that were distributed to dealers.

Peace!
