Multiple Discount on an item

Can I have multiple discounts on an item or department but only at certain registers? We would like to give a 25% discount on organic items, only if a customer, using a customer number, and checkout at specific registers. However, if they checkout at any other register they do not get 25% but 10% instead. The specific register, 3 to be exact, are located in a separate area in the store that sell only natural organic items.

If you apply the discount as a DEPARTMENT DISCOUNT (ACE/Personalization/Options/Department Discount) that should work, but would affect all items in the Dept.  You'd need to define specific/separate terminal options for your lane 3.
