Usually that goes down when there is a problem with the account that you are using to approve credit, debit, and EBT. Or there is a problem with the settings for ACEAPSHL, which causes it to time out or disconnect. As a test, you can always enable the hearbeat on the ACEAPSHL.BPS file and set the retry time as 60 seconds so it will keep it alive. If that doesn’t work then the only other resolution is make sure you have the most current version of IPROLLOVER and IPDIAL(which they will show a white and blue 1D icon on the desktop). Also the Java can be causing this as well. Make sure that the updates are not automatic for them. In the control Panel that is a Java icon you can go there and turn the automatic updates off. Being that they might have been already updated, you might have to save your settings for IPDIAL and IPROLLOVER, uninstall them, uninstall the java, and then reinstall IPDIAL AND IPROLLOVER, using the JAVA that is on the Installation CD, then turn off the automatic updates. These are just some ideas, hopefully one of them will work for you.
