We are pleased to announce the **Third Conference on Parsimony and Learning (CPAL 2026)**,
to be held in **Tübingen, Germany**, from **March 23–26, 2026**.

**About CPAL**
The Conference on Parsimony and Learning (CPAL) is an annual research conference focused on parsimonious and low-dimensional structures that prevail in machine learning, signal processing, optimization, and related fields. We welcome submissions on theory, algorithms, applications, hardware and systems, and the scientific foundations of learning with parsimony.

**Call for Papers (Now Open!)**
Paper submissions for **CPAL 2026** are now open.
Authors are invited to submit original research papers addressing topics within the scope of parsimony and learning.
