We are now inviting submissions of Position Papers for ABC 2026.
Position Papers are intended for presenting emerging ideas, early-stage concepts, practical challenges, and future research directions in Activity and Behavior Computing. Unlike regular papers, Position Papers do not require full experimental results, making them ideal for authors who wish to share insightful observations, identify unsolved problems, or propose forward-looking perspectives for the ABC community.
ABC covers a wide range of topics, including (but not limited to):
  • Mobile sensor–based ABC
  • Environmental sensor–based ABC
  • Vision-based ABC
  • Multimodal ABC
  • Physical / semantic analysis of ABC
  • Gait and sleep analysis
  • Emotion recognition / affective computing
  • ABC with deep learning
  • ABC systems and platforms
  • Data collection in real-world environments
  • Healthcare & nursing applications
  • Elderly-care and rehabilitation
  • Smart environments & IoT
  • ABC in the wild and real-world deployments
