IBIS Challenge Final Push, July-Aug 2024

[IBIS Challenge]

Dear everyone,

IBIS makes its final push toward the finishing line: the final
submission form is https://ibis.autosome.org/submit/final OPEN for
your PWM and AAA solutions!

NOTE: the TFs repertoire at the Final stage is much more diverse than
in the Leaderboard set, and we expect many surprises in rankings
compared to the current Leaderboard standings.

In case of any questions please don't hesitate to contact the
organizers via Telegram or by e-mail.

Remember: the online Leaderboard will be open until the final
submissions deadline, so you can test your models until the very end.

Don't hesitate to contact the organizers by e-mail or via Telegram
in case of any questions or issues, and please use the offline validator script
to ensure that your final submission files are properly formatted.

Finally, it is not too late to join IBIS even if you have not
submitted anything to the Leaderboard yet, or to assemble a team, or
to invite more participants!

Following the feedback from the community we are
further extending the final submission deadline

The Leaderboard will be open until the very end, and from now on
we allow up to 20 submissions in August so you have more possibilities
to further test and improve your models.

We also welcome all late newcomers as team registration remains open!

Wish you a pleasant and productive last month of summer.
