Please pray for my nephew's precious little son. Cody is about two, is in the hospital in NM, on oxygen. He needs to be on oxygen to breathe ok, but is slightly better in the last few hours. I don't think they know what is wrong; he doesn't have asthma. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

My friend Jill Morton has her home in foreclosure process and she has been writing and calling Wells Fargo Bank, the VA, and her congressman, and has been thwarted at every turn. Please add your prayers in to protect her and give her a clear direction in the way she should go. Thanks.  From Kit S.

My best friend's sister is in critical condition from a  ruptured diverticula. The situation is grim (per her physician). Her name is Jayne and she is 55 years old. She will be having emergency surgery in about 2 hours. She is a poor surgical candidate due to her weight and high blood pressure. They will have to do a colostomy at that time as well as clean out all the "junk" from her gut. Please lift Jayne up in prayer. Her daughter and grandchildren need her. Thanks so much.  Patti

Larry is having surgery again tomorrow to stretch his esophagus. Please pray it goes well and he wakes up feeling as well as last time and this will work completely this time. Larry will rememeber to take his meds too. :-)  Thanks saints.

 

Also, we have to make a big decision about surgery concerning Katie-Laken's tooth. We have been trying for over 3 years to get her canine tooth to come in. We need wisdom

Friends In CHRIST JESUS ~

The photos below are of my first cousins in Utah...

 

My cousin Kristen is 35 years old. Both of her parents are deceased. She wasn't raised in any religion but met her husband Ryan and became mormon. Her mother died when she was very little in her early 40s with breast cancer which metastasized in her liver.  She was raised by her dad who was a Colonel in the army. He died several years ago with Parkinson's.

 

Last week we found out that Kristen has Invasive Ductal Carcinoma breast cancer.  She was tested and found that she is triple negative which means she is non responsive to hormone therapy to treat the cancer. The only hope she has is surgery,chemo and radiation.  Kristen is also 18 weeks pregnant with a baby boy. The drs want to start her chemo at 20 weeks into her pregnancy. They want to give her a double mastectomy after the baby is born.  She is only 35!  We are so heartbroken over this...

 

Kristen is such a beautiful young woman inside and out! She is smart, funny and lights up the room when she walks into it!  People are drawn to her by her kind-heartedness as well as her warm smile.  She has a marketing job that takes her all over the world experiencing new things at the same time she is grounded by her loving husband and two small children.

 

She will be going to the Huntsman Cancer Institute which is in Salt Lake City but she lives in Lehi which is about 25-30 minutes away from SLC.  She has 7 appointments tomorrow and we'll know more about dates and further treatment.

 

Please keep Kristen, Ryan, Makayla & Jace Montgomery, as well as their unborn baby boy in your prayers...thank you!

ok everyone here I am again asking for prayers.  no not Joe he is seemingly doing better.   this is for my cousin Margaret she called last night and has been  diagnosed with breast cancer, will see the surgeon next week and she gets a mamagram every year.  the next is  for my friend Donna Rhodes and her 16 year old son, Justin who has a tumor on his spine, with surgery planned in the next couple of weeks.  it is very delicate but she is so very worried and stressed.  you know we can take a lot except when our children suffer.

We all have days where we feel so tired,

We can't get our " get up and go "  to get "fired" ,

We let all our problems pile up in our mind,

And this solves nothing, that you will find,

 

By just thinking about all that needs to be done,

Won't get you anywhere and solve not a one,

It is better to  think positively  and ask God  to help you

To get yourself moving and being productive too.

 

So set yourself one goal, and make sure you do that,

You will get it done, just do it  and it's done then, a fact,

When days come that you feel lethargic you see,

You need to program just one thing to do, yes, siree.
