Joining issues resolved

Dear Members,
It has come to our notice that some members have had difficulties in either joining the group or sending/receiving mails of the group. This has probably arisen mostly due to the security permissions that were set for the group considering the importance of information security of proposed members of this group. Some have also experienced joining issues owing to their use of a non-google account. The inconvenience caused is regretted and our sincere apologies for the same.
We have now changed several security settings to ensure easy joining of the group for both google and non-google accounts. Please also find attached a step by step guide for non-google ids to join the google groups. Kindly circulate this to members who have discussed with you on possible joining challenges.

All members of the group by default should be able to do the following now
1) 1)View all messages on the googlegroup Ibexfamily page
2) 2)Send emails to the group or individuals within the group
3) 3)Receive mails marked to ibexf...@googlegroups.com by any member
Please note:- While sending mails, the size of your mail with attachments cannot exceed 8MB. Attachments can also fail in case there is a drop in the speed of your Internet connection.
Could I request all members to drop a short-note of introduction about themselves to the group id. This will help us reacquaint and also help in checking if all members are able to receive and send these messages.
