We would appreciate any updates you might be able to share about your uses of the IBAMR software. This information is important for us to track to report to the funding agencies that directly and indirectly support the continued development of the IBAMR software.
Please let us know about any recent publications (including preprints that are available through a preprint server), as well as any graduate or undergraduate theses, that have relied on IBAMR for key results. We have a list of publications and theses that we
update “by hand” with the help of Google Scholar—and I am sure that we have missed some! The current listings are available here:
