Hello,
I am getting this error message while compiling IBAMR using CMake. I am using macOS. Can somebody please suggest a fix?

Thank you,

How did you setup IBAMR? Are you using autoibamr or are you doing it on your own? If you are not using autoibamr, I would suggest giving it a try; many of us are using it routinely on MacOS systems. If you want to build IBAMR on your own, it is easy to do so off of the libraries that autoibamr builds for you.

Hi Khemraj,

That class (SOAcousticStreamingBrinkmanPenalization) isn't part of IBAMR so we might not be able to help very much. Can you develop your code outside of IBAMR? That would make it a lot easier to understand what is going on.

Best,
David Wells

Khemraj was using the same branch a few days ago, but then his MacOS got updated. This broke the CMake build. This is not related to acoustic streaming classes.

Oh yeah, I usually have to rebuild any time I get an OS update.

I think Khemraj built everything from scratch after the update but he is still getting this error.

@Khemraj: Can you email the log file? That has more details on the error than what the screenshot displays.

Yes, he was. He needed to include Eigen/Geometry header file in some of the cpp files. Alternatively if it is included in ibtk_utilities.h (which defines a lot of Eigen usage) it solves the problem.

Interestingly he used Claude to figure out the error message and solution :-)
