Linker command fail

Hello everyone,

I am getting this issue while building ibamr. 

I am using MacOS.

ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture arm64

clang++: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)

Can somebody please suggest a fix?

I am also attaching the config.log file.

Hi Khemraj,

There any additional error messages? That message alone doesn't tell us much. For example, which symbols are not found? What was the link command? Was this while compiling IBAMR, or an application dependent on IBAMR?

Furthermore, I recommend using the cmake-based build system instead of autotools (i.e., ./configure). See https://ibamr.github.io/building for more information.
