Folks —

We would appreciate any updates regarding your use of the IBAMR software. This information is important for us to track to report to the funding agencies that directly and indirectly support the continued development of the IBAMR software.

Please let us know about any recent publications (including papers submitted for publication), including theses, that have relied on IBAMR for key results. We have a list of publications here: https://ibamr.github.io/publications, which I will be updating over the next week or so. We also have a web form available to facilitate submission of publication information: https://ibamr.github.io/publications#openModal.

In addition to information about publications, if you have current research projects or educational activities that are, will, or could be using IBAMR that you are able to share, please send the project title, funding agency, award number and dates, and PI information. If you have a project that could use IBAMR if only IBAMR did X, Y, or Z — please tell us about the values of X, Y, and Z, and we will see what we can do!

Finally, please forward this request to anyone who you may know is using IBAMR but might not be subscribed to the IBAMR mailing lists.

Thank you very much for your help, and apologies for cross-posting!

— Boyce
