We would appreciate any updates regarding IBAMR usage information, particularly information on published papers, book chapters, and theses that use IBAMR. This information is important for us to track to report to the funding agencies that directly
and indirectly support the continued development of the IBAMR software.
I am maintaining an online list of publications here:
https://ibamr.github.io/publications. I just updated this list, and it includes all papers, book chapters, and theses that I know about that use
IBAMR. (I used to have a list of conference abstracts, but they became too difficult to track.) Please let me know about any that I have missed! Corrections are also appreciated!
In addition to information about publications, if you have current research projects or educational activities that are, will, or could be using IBAMR that you are able to share, please send the project title, funding agency, award number and
dates, and PI information. Also, if you have a project that could use IBAMR if only IBAMR did X, Y, and Z — please tell us about the values of X, Y, and Z, and we will see what we can do!
Finally, please forward this request to anyone who you may know is using IBAMR but might not be subscribed to the IBAMR mailing lists.
Thank you very much for your help, and apologies for cross-posting!
