Hi,

I get an error stating that my device does not support emailing
the load sheets.
It is strange as I have email clients on the device...and send emails ok.
Is it an Apple iOS permission issue?

Thanks,
Craig.

Hello,

Is the message you get

"Send not available on this device"

In that case iOS is telling iBal that device is not configured or available to
send mail

What version device and what version of iOS is installed?

Cheers.

Hi,

I upgraded to iOS 6.1 (10B144), but the same error appears.
iBal version 1.30

Craig.

Hello,

Does the native Apple Mail app have an account configured?

Cheers.

Mike,

Thanks, configuring the default mail app, allows me to send the load sheets.

Thank you very much for your help.

Regards,
Craig.
