Poetry prize ceremony, remarks, and music — "Holocaust survivors and their children"

The Miriam F. Lindberg Peace Foundation (established by our member Gustawa Stendig-Lindberg of blessed memory) is holding a poetry prize ceremony focusing on Holocaust survivors and their children, Thursday, 26 January 2023, at 7 pm, at 18 Tsvi Graetz Street Talbiye, Jerusalem.

Our member Judit Frigyesi Niran is a prizewinner, along with David Lenga. Poems by Gustawa will also be featured, and poems by her daughter Miriam, after whom the foundation is named.

Speakers include Professor Ghil'ad Zuckermann on “Linguicide, Trauma -- Language Revival and Wellbeing: From the Holocaust till Today,” survivor Rena Quint, and poet and poetry judge Joanna Infeld. There will be music from Chanoch Glenn and Jonathan Font Moxo.
