Embed image in audit

Hi

really impressed with this product. I would love to use this for startup checklists for food production. Just wondering if its possible for an image to be displayed at a particular stage of Audit. I want to show an image of how equipment should be setup and the auditor agree that this is the case. Many thanks.

im not staff just a user, however i use an information bar and add media to it which is stored in my photos library, this can be an actual photo of the equipment or a photo of a diagram

Hi Stacey,

I think you are trying to add an image to the actual audit template by the sounds of what you are describing.

You can do this by adding an INFORMATION FIELD into the template, then select the media option of the field, and choose the image you would like to insert.

Let me know if that doesn't make sense. We are going to add a pure image field to the menu for building templates as we recognise it isn't obvious.

No probs, I am never off this app, think I'm addicted. 

I've now got over 60 of my engineers & colleagues on this and were waiting for the desktop version and all the updates that come with it. 

My one wish would be more flexible dynamic fields and smart fields operation.

Hi Haydee,

I am referring to adding new elements, the constant scroll up and down the page to add new elements can be a real pain on the size of some of my Audits, so really what I would like is for Dynamic & smart fields to work above or below.

Not sure if that's possible as an easy fix but would make this app really awesome.

I don't class iAuditor as an app I think it should be shipped with it installed.

I have done this and it looks great when inputting onto the audit template - but when I export the report the image is not showing - what did I forget to check?

Hi Edd,

Any image that you place in an Information Field will not be printed with the final report. Only media in a Media field will be exported as part of your completed audits.
