Import of exported CSV templates on Windows, Android or via an API

Dear Support,

unfortunately I'm not an Apple user but still would like to upload a template in CSV format. 

I have installed the iAuditor Windows and Android App but can't find a possibility to import a CSV there (besides directly writing to your SQLite database you ship with the windows app).

Even better, is there a public API to upload templates from a selfmade application?

Background: We have a large excel file (more than 1000 questions), where each question/row contains one or more usecase and a related person group. We have written an App which allows to define the usecase and target person group, takes only the relevant questions from the excel and generates a CSV file which has the same structure as the CSV files you export. In a perfect world we would now directly upload the generated CSV to your servers.

How can you help us? What would you suggest?
