heading on pages

Hi,

Is there any way that I can turn the heading off of a page.  I am putting a risk matrix and action plan on the end of a report and currently have, above the top field, in grey boxes, Question Response and Details.

is there any way I can disable this for section 3 and 4 of my report?

Is there any solution to this question? I too need to change which pages receive the header and can't figure out how.
