Deleting Audits from SafetyCloud

Please can you advise how I can delete audits from SafetyCloud.  I press the Delete Button, the confirmation of delete comes up and I press Delete and nothing happens.

Hello Michelle,

Our development team is still working on this option and this will be made available soon. If you are logged in to SafetyCloud on the iAuditor app, you can delete the audit from your device.

We are regularly pushing updates into the SafetyCloud app so to ensure you are running the latest version of SafetyCloud, could you please clear your browser's cache and then refresh the page? This will force your browser to pull down the most recent version of the page.

Thank you for your response.  I have sent your support desk a call to delete these audits as I don't want them stored in SafetyCloud yet (but I still want them to remain on the device until we have decided if we are going to persue the use of SafetyCloud).

Hello…

I can also no longer my template to delete from the cloud. I press the delete button and confirm this in the next window, but the template remains. How can I now delete the template? Operating system: Windows 8 with Internet Explorer 10 and Mac OS X with Safari 6.1.

Hello Thorsten,

Thank you for your email. Could you please let us know the name of the problematic template and the email address you used for your SafetyCloud account. 

This could be caused by a template list indexing issue wherein some items are not being shown  as removed when deleted. We are currently looking into this issue.
