Hello,

Please perform the below, and let me know how you go:

1.    Restart your device.

2.    Open the Settings for your device. It will be a grey icon on your home screen that looks like this.

3.    Scroll down and tap on "iAuditor".

4.    In the menu that opens, scroll down and tap on "Advanced".

5.    Turn the switch to "ON" for "Rebuild Database".

6.    Launch iAuditor.

If there is anything else that I can assist with, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Sincerely,

Haydee

Hello,

This issue is being caused by the recent release of iOS 7, and we have identified the root cause of this issue. We have submitted an update to Apple Inc for approval and review, although approval can take up to 10 business days, and we have no control over this process.

We appreciate your patience during this time, and if there is anything else that we can assist with, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Sincerely,
Haydee

Hello ... I have a similar problem with my iPad (iOS 7). After switching to my new iPad mini (with backup) my audits and templates are no longer available. A restart with database rebuild did not succeed. How can I restore my 30 templates and 280 audits? I do not use the safety cloud ...

Greetings

/Thorsten

Hi Thorsten,

Thank you for contacting us. It sounds as though your templates and audits have been hidden from view when you've restored your iPad Mini from a backup. The new iPad would have a different device ID, and so the templates and audits have most likely been hidden from view. If you could please send a Diagnostic Email from your device, we can check your Device ID history, and we may be able to restore this data for you.

If there is anything else that I can assist with, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Kind Regards,
Taylor Young
