I bought a HP 7 plus tablet running Android version 4.2.2.
When we try to download the iauditor app we get a message saying "your device is not compatible for this version".
what can i do?

Hi Jay,

Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately your device is not on our supported devices list - this list is created by Google in conjunction with information supplied by your manufacturer. There are a few requirements for iAuditor that might cause the Play Store to prevent you from installing iAuditor on your device. iAuditor for Android requires OpenGL ES 2.0 as well as Google Play services in order to be supported for your device. We have also found that the Play Store will prevent devices from installing iAuditor if the device does not have GPS support.

If you have the Google Play Store installed on your device, then it is likely that your device has not been registered with Google as having support for Open GL ES 2.0, or does not have GPS support. There are some apps available that check Open GL versions on your device (such as this one), and your manufacturer's website should provide detailed information on whether your device has GPS support.

If there is anything else that I can assist with, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Kind Regards,
Taylor Young
