If you have not backed up your device and synced recently please DO NOT delete the app, as this will also delete all associated app data including templates and audits.
If you are certain you have been using SafetyCloud and have successfully synced your templates and audits prior to this issue you can reinstall the app by following the steps below.
Step 1. Backup your device to a computer through iTunes
Step 2. Delete the application from your device by holding your finger on the icon and selecting the cross
Step 3. Reinstall the App from the iTunes store.
Step 4. Login to SafetyCloud in iAuditor and sync your templates and audits.
Step 5. Check that all of your templates and audits have synced correctly.
If this process has not worked or you are unsure about what you have backed up, then you should restore your device from your iTunes/iCloud backup and wait for the next iAuditor update which will resolve the issue.
