This is an authentication failure between
your device and the Public Library. Could you please send an email to Support from within iAuditor? This will provide us some diagnostic data from your device.Please also specify your issue in your email so our engineers can address this appropriately.
Once we have your diagnostic data, we will make some slight changes to the Public Library server to restore your access. We will let you know once this has been completed.
