I had a template I created on my ipad and have used to perform some audits but today when I checked, the template has disappeared and I am only left with the beginning of a previous template that I was working on. The template was called Driver Safety Training. I had not uploaded it to the public library as I did not know how or what would happen to my template if I did that. I spent many hours creating this template and it has vanished! I have synced using safety cloud but the template is nowhere to be found and I definitely did not delete it.

Is there a way of retrieving it or using the existing audit to create another master template ? Your help would be highly appreciated.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for contacting us and I apologise for the delay, your message was caught in our filter.

If you could please check your device trash and let me know the outcome, that would be greatly appreciated.
To Check Your Device Trash:
  1. Open iAuditor on your device.
  2. Tap on the downwards-facing arrow next to the "Templates" button.
  3. The "Trash" button will appear. Please tap on it.
If you see your template in the trash, you can restore it by tapping on the "Restore" icon, which looks like an arrow coming out of a trash can.

If your template is not in the trash, please let me know your SafetyCloud username, and if you are happy for me to do so I can access your SafetyCloud account and perform a search for the template for you.

If there is anything else that I can assist with, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Kind Regards,
Taylor Young
