If you could please check your device trash and let me know the outcome, that would be greatly appreciated.
To Check Your Device Trash:
- Open iAuditor on your device.
- Tap on the downwards-facing arrow next to the "Templates" button.
- The "Trash" button will appear. Please tap on it.
If you see your template in the trash, you can restore it by tapping on the "Restore" icon, which looks like an arrow coming out of a trash can.
If your template is not in the trash, please let me know your SafetyCloud username, and if you are happy for me to do so I can access your SafetyCloud account and perform a search for the template for you.
