Uploading off external Data

Dear ,

 

Is it possible to upload some data from a external database to pre fill.

For example:

We have to verify 250 installations. Each installation hase some unique information like sequence number and some other data.

Is it possible to upload a file to create 250 checklist already completed with the unique data?

Hi AJ,

Thank you for contacting us. 

It is not currently possible to pre-fill templates, or to upload data into iAuditor templates from a database. You could use a QR Code generator to convert your data into QR codes or barcodes, and then use a Text or Single-Line Text field to scan that code as a faster way of putting pre-set text values into some of your fields. You would also not need to create multiple templates, as you could simply create a new audit, and then scan the relevant code/s to input your data.
