Hi David,
Thank you for contacting us.
If you are uploading PDF files to a cloud-based storage service such as Dropbox (or Google Drive), then you can embed the link to that file in an Information Field. When I completed my audit, I uploaded it to Google Drive, inside a folder called "Previous Meeting". I then used the URL of that folder in an Information Field at the beginning of my template. So the "Toolbox Talk" template had an Information field at the beginning of the audit, with a link to the Google Drive folder containing my last inspection in PDF format. I have taken some screenshots and attached them below; they should be viewed in the following order:
1. Template Editor
2. Audit Preview
3. Open Google Drive
4. Document in Audit.
I did have to sign in to my Google Drive account the first time I opened the link, but I could then view the PDF of my last audit just by tapping on the "Open Link" button. This process should also work with other cloud-storage solutions, and you just have to make sure that when you complete your audit (toolbox talk, inspection, meeting, etc.) that you upload it to that folder. By having a link to the folder, rather than the file, I can change what is available in the next audit without having to modify the template.
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
