Template sharing: Error code 554: Email rejected due to security policies

There is one template that I cannot seem to share. All my other templates seem fine and have no issues sharing. I have tried sharing with many different email addresses and domains, and have been unsuccessful every time. This is the email I receive after trying to share this one template:

An email sent by SafetyCloud on you behalf has not reached the recipient.
Please see the details below.

I duplicated the template and shared and it went through...so the problem is "solved", but I am still curious to know why this happened, and if it can be prevented in the future, so I don't have to duplicate templates all the time.

Thank you for your email. This error is not a SafetyCloud error, but rather is an error being sent back to you when delivery of the message fails. The link that you are given next to the error code tells you the source of the issue, and this is not something that we can control, nor do we have any influence over it. To resolve this issue, you will need to troubleshoot the root cause (in the link: http://www.mimecast.com/knowledgebase/KBID10473.htm#554) with the intended recipient of the email or their mail administrator.
