How do you set up Templates without  the content added by iAuditor - Title Page/ disclaimer/ confidentiality/Table of contents (up to 3 additional pages) from Audits.   That is without having to amend export settings on every single audit!!  Is it possible for the Audit to reflect solely the template created and not content/pages added by iAuditor when converts to PDF?

Hello Mia,

Thank you for contacting us.

The export settings for iAuditor are set at a device level, and not at a template level, so you will have to change the global export settings to remove the pages added by iAuditor. However, you can set up "Export Profiles". Export Profiles save your export settings with your pre-selected Export settings, and you can then apply those settings all at once by selecting the relevant Export Profile.

You can create as many Export Profiles as you require, so if you need specific settings for one type of report, you don't have to go through and change all of your Export settings individually: you can simply set up an Export Profile once, and whenever you need those settings applied, you can then apply that Profile.

If there is anything else that we can assist with, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Kind Regards,
Taylor Young

Not sure how this removes the pages.  It would be great if you would make those pages editable in the template (could still be default, but easier to control) that way the user could decide if they want a table of contents, and the work safe references not needed for US OSHA or other countries I am sure.

The Edit Profile on device thing is not user friendly and how don't see how that works.  Could edit it in word, but why not make it user friendly.  This app is outstanding!  Thanks!

Hi D,

I apologise for the confusion, I think my reply was cross-posted incorrectly. There is a set of step-by-step directions on removing and editing the Disclaimer and Confidentiality Statements in this Knowledge Base article

Export settings are set for the entire app, so any changes you make will apply to all reports exported from that device. This is why we have Export Profiles, as that will allow you to save any export formatting changes made, and have multiple, pre-set Export profiles that allow you to generate multiple styles of reports without having to change the settings manually each time.

We also have a feature request for template-specific export settings, and you can add you vote to that topic here.

If there is anything else that I can assist with, please don't hesitate to let me know.
