iAuditor and SafetyCloud-Problems

Good evening...

I'm testing the safety cloud and I'm very disappointed. The upload of about 300 audits and 20 templates was carried out without any problems. Ween I want to sync with other devices, appear on all iPads, the message: "Sorry, an error occured while syncing" "Please try again soon".

To me it is not possible to synchronize my audits on other devices.

So I can not work ... I have disabled all devices on the Safety cloud again. But with that comes the next problem: To me it is not possible to delete my audits in de cloud. If you press the "Delete" button nothing happens ...

What is is the problem?

Update: Before I delete an audit, I can export it (pdf). After deleting I supposed no more rights to the document. But the document is not deleted …

Hello Thorsten,

We are aware of this issue and would like to thank you for letting us know. SafetyCloud is still in it's Beta release and we are working hard to improve and develop further its features and capabilities. 

I you wish to discontinue using SafetyCloud and just use iAuditor, you need to reverse migrate your data.

Hello,

thank you very much for your answer.
I would like to delete my audits of the Safety Cloud. How can I do that? The cloud tells me that I have no permissions on my files ...
The Device are still deactivated...

Thank you ...

PS:., The symbol of my audits has changed into a "?"...

I would like to know why you are now charging for the SafetyCloud if it's not out of Beta? It's very frustrating as I've used the SafetyCloud since it was released and only recent templates are there, I have to email all templates and audits as cvs files for any hope of retaining them. There must be a better way to backup templates and audits. Again why are we paying for something that is not out of Beta?

Hello Ron,

Thank you for expressing your frustrations in regards to SafetyCloud, we are working hard to make it enterprise ready. We have spent $1.6M to date building iAuditor and SafetyCloud and whilst we are building many new features as soon as we can, we do need to charge a small fee for the backup and permission system that SafetyCloud currently provides. 

We appreciate your patience while we continue to implement new features and improve the experience. 

The beta tag will be in place for the foreseeable future, at least until our enterprise version is released.

Do you own these templates? Could you please let us know the names of these templates? If you do not own these templates (these have been shared to you) you may have limited role permissions. You will find more information about it in this Knowledge Base article.

Hi Haydee,

this is not about templates, but there are audits, which I can not delete. It is approximately 300 audits ... Should I list them all?
I am the owner of these audits and have all created by myself. The templates I could delete all ...
