I have made a couple templates that I would like other employees to use also. Is there a way to upload or send them the template without having to share it with the public? Our client would not approve of their checklist being made for public use.

Hi James,

The most common way users are sharing templates privately is to create a template in Excel in accordance with our guidelines and email it to each device.

You can also create a template in the app and export is as a CSV Template Export file and email it to each device.

We are currently developing our management platform that will allow to have full management and sharing capabilities of each template. It will also backup and sync your audits.

If there is anything else we can help with, just let us know.

Where is the option for export template on the IPad? I can find an option to export an audit but not a template?

To export a template, you actually do it from the template.
So when you got to export the audit, choose the CSV option.
In the export box that opens choose 'YES' for 'Export In Template Format'
That will export the file as a CSV template file. That can then be emailed to anyone so they can import the file into their device.
They just need to hold their finger on the file in the email and there will be an option to import to iAuditor.

Regards
Tony
