I created a template and I protected with a password.
When I export the template format .iat (iAuditor Template), and I try to import it into a new device to be attached to an e-mail, iAuditor gives me the message "Success ....", but the template does not appear on the device.
I can only import Templates are not password protected, but when I try to synchronize them with SafetyCloud, the template is deleted from my device and I get the following message:
"You have read-only access to this template. This will only allow you to start new audits."

No problem with the CSV file, but the Template is fully accessible and editable.

How do I share a Template protected from any changes?
Is there a way, you know, to protect the Copyright of Templates?

Hi Sebastiano,

Normally, passwords are stripped once the template is exported and emailed, which makes them editable for other users that import them. If you would like to protect a template from changes, while also sharing it with other users, you can do this with SafetyCloud. This can be done from within the iAuditor application, or using the SafetyCloud platform.

Please be aware that this will only work with other SafetyCloud users, and you cannot share a SafetyCloud template with a non-SafetyCloud user; they will receive an email with the link, and then taken through the registration process for SafetyCloud before they can receive the share.

If you have any other questions or issues, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Kind Regards,
Taylor Young
