Hi, I have noticed over the last 2 weeks that when I am in an audit and I add a photo from camera it comes up with a blank screen.

I can still take the photo but until I actually take the photo it just comes up with a black screen.

This seems to happen randomly but I have noticed sometimes if you face the device to the floor and then click photo it does come up with the camera and I can see the image? I think this is a bug which may have something to do with the accelerometer?

Please can anyone advise if they have this problem. I have noticed that this has happened to colleagues using a different template so the issue is not with my template.

I am using it on the iPad 4 (3/4G) version if that helps

I am having the exact same random issue. I have been using the app on my iPad 2 for over a year and this has only starting happening recently. Maybe one of the recent iOS updates is causing the issue? This will sometimes cause the app to crash to. But not always. If it crashes it losses the last thing I entered and/or the picture.

Also I don't think (but can't be sure) that this doesn't happen on the first few pictures. Only once I get to say a handful. So maybe a memory allocation issue with the app and camera? FYI. I'm not taking any more pictures than I have done dozens of times before with no issues. So it's definitely not just the number of pictures causing the problem.

Hello Amarpall and Richard,

Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. We have noticed that this issue presents for some users when they update to iOS version 7.1. Unfortunately, it appears to be an issue relating directly to the new iOS firmware, as we know of other apps experiencing the same problem. However, our software engineers are aware of the issue and are looking into it, they will have it resolved as soon as possible.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this causes you. Please let me know if there is anything else that I can assist with.

Sincerely,
Haydee
