Can't access to Public Library

Although my I Pad has internet connection (wi fi), I can't acces to Public Library. The following Message appear
"Your device could not connect to the Public Library, is an internet connection available?"

Hi Dave,

This could be from a couple of different issues. Could you please send a Support request from within the app? This will attach some diagnostic data that may assist us to rectify this for you. Also, if you are connected to a wireless network that is maintained by your workplace, it may be the case that your network administrator (or IT department) needs to whitelist the Public Library for access through your work network. 

If you are connected via a work network, please see this article, and refer your IT or network admin to this page: it contains information relevant to whitelisting the Public Library.

Hi,
I am the same. I tried to upload my Templates, 25 of them, to ICloud to hook my team members up with the Templates  and now the IPad crashes every time I try to get into APP. Very frustrating. When will this be fixed?
