This could be from a couple of different issues. Could you please send a Support request from within the app? This will attach some diagnostic data that may assist us to rectify this for you. Also, if you are connected to a wireless network that is maintained by your workplace, it may be the case that your network administrator (or IT department) needs to whitelist the Public Library for access through your work network.
