Locking a Template

Hi,
Love the App. We are looking to use the app for our team but don't want them to change stuff. Can I lock my templates so when they use them they can't change them or only I can change and it automatically updates them all?

Hello Josh,

You can lock your templates by tapping on the options button at the top right corner of the template editor. From there, you can set a password for the template.

The only issue on this is that you cannot export templates with password protection. You would have to have the devices in your hand to set the password.

Another option would be to share the template to the cloud. Other users will be able to download your template from the cloud but will be restricted from making amendments to the original template.

In the coming weeks, we are going to release a cloud based management system which will allow you to share templates with passwords in a private cloud environment and set sharing permissions.
