Scoring with Multiple Choice

Hi

I use Iauditor to carry out a range of inspections. I often need to justify why i have chosen a certain response. Therefore I have spent an age developing a template where I have Safe (1), Advisory (0.5) and At Risk (0) in addition to specific responses/dropdowns which evidence why i have chosen that response (these are not scored). I need to use multiple choice as I need to select a couple of the responses. The issue I am having is that when I select safe instead of giving me 100% its giving me 66% as its including the Advisory(0.5) and when i choose advisory(0.5) its giving me 33% instead of 50%. Like i said i need to be able to select multiple answers but i need iauditor to score 100% when i choose Safe and 50% when I choose advisory.

Any help would be great.
